This article is aimed at providing a review of the levels of Organizational Behavior (OB) and human outputs based on the Robbins and Judge model (2009), using a sample consisting of 103 SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) located in the city of Santiago de Cali, Colombia. The research work that gave rise to this article is descriptive and analytical in nature. Questionnaires were used for gathering information. On an individual level, there is evidence that a high percentage of SMEs find experience to be a major strength, and attitude towards learning to be a minor strength. On an aggregate level, the ability to motivate the staff is considered a major strength. On a social system level, it was found that most SMEs affirm that they have a formally established mission which is consistent with reality. With regard to human output, evidence shows that SMEs find that continuity of workers at companies is their primary strength.
