The objective of this article is to analyze the management of negative emotions from the classroom in order to guarantee mental, physical, social and cognitive health in students; the theoretical foundations are supported by the authors Hahusseau, Stephanie (2006),Sanz, J., Gutierrez, S., Gesteira, C., and Garcia-Vera, M. P. (2014). Sanandin and Chorot (2016). The type of research is documentary based on a bibliographic design, presents a theoretical reality and social practice that allows the analysis to show how negative emotions (fear, sadness, anger, anxiety and disgust) are currently one of the main risk factors in reference to the genesis of alterations in health and its incidence in the classroom.The results show that the more you control, report and educate in relation to negative emotions guiding the processes with specialist groups or multidisciplinary team in educational institutions, the lower the negative impact on physical, mental, social and school performance.
