In this degree thesis it is presented one bibliometric study, with the main objective of analyzing the distribution of concepts associated with work quality on psychological academic literature, for this, it was used the database Scoups. Regarding the results, it is identified an increase on the numbers of published works with topics regarding the quality of the work, since the beginning of the XXI century with authors such as Schaufeli and Bakker, whom have presented wide interest in those concepts. The situation of Colombia, on the other hand, does not present a substantial number of published works related to this topic, and there is also a limited number of research centers which emphasize in said concepts. Additionally, the country presents a working precariousness which can be evident regarding some situations such as the informality of certain works, the labor instability, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the importance of examine and propose new strategies for the intervention on this topics, from a governmental, organizational, institutional and psychological perspective.
