espanolEste estudio permite conocer la percepcion en el nivel de apropiacion de TIC que tienen los profesores de la Universidad de Los Andes, y las areas de competencia digital y los factores que afectan esta apropiacion. Se construyo un instrumento basado en esquemas internacionales sobre Competencias TIC para Docentes. Los resultados muestran que los docentes perciben tener un nivel de apropiacion integradora relacionado con el area Comunicacion, exploradores en el area Tecnologica e innovadores en el area Didactica. Se observo diferencia entre la percepcion de los docentes de las Facultades de Ingenieria y Ciencias Economicas y Sociales; se determino que la condicion laboral y el nivel de formacion academica se relaciona directa y significativamente con las competencias Tecnologicas y Didacticas. EnglishIt is present the results of a study whose purpose was to know the perception at the level of appropriation of ICT, that professors have at Universidad of Los Andes, as well as which are the areas of digital competence and the factor that affect this appropriation. In this regard, it was built an instrument based on international schemes about ICT competences for professors. The results show that professors perceive to have a level of integrative appropriation related with the Communication area, in the Technological area they are perceived as explores and in the didactic area as innovators. It was also observed difference between the perception of professors of the Faculty of Engineering and Social and Economic Sciences; It was determined that the employment status (ordinary, retired employees hired) and the level of academic formation of professors it is related directly and significantly with the didactic and technological competences.
