Diseño de una técnica de solución para el problema integrado de construcción de horarios y programación de personal en un escenario de habilidades jerárquicas y múltiples turnos de trabajo
The problem of timetabling and crew scheduling problem, in multi-activity environments, has the goal to program the minimum number of workers needed to visit a group of clients, geographically dispersed, with scheduling restrictions. In this context, it must be decided which worker attends each client and at which time. This paper proposes an extension, to traditional modeling, which considers: I) the hierarchical skills of the workers, having an impact on the customer service time according to the level of their abilities and ii) scheduling joint shifts (Morning, Afternoon and Night) as an integrated problem. Both extensions have been explored in related problems which demonstrate a positive impact and improvement on the possibility of implementation in real problems. The overall objective of the proposal is to design a solution technique for the integrated problem of timetabling and crew scheduling, in a scenario of heterogeneous personnel with hierarchical skills and multiple work shifts. For the design process was used ISO 13053-1 of 2012 as standard. As a solution a GRASP - based algorithm was designed. In order, to test its performance 53 instances were generated including hierarchical skills and multiple work shifts, obtaining as a result, favorable solutions in 90.5%, reducing the execution time on average 86.5%, for 85.7% of cases, in which it was possible to carry out the comparison with the mathematical model.
