The project presented in this article born from a need identified in software development companies in Neiva city, about to the use of good practices in the software development process, allowing the construction of quality products with a differentiating factor. To respond to this need, we adapt a software development process, based on DAD (Disciplined Agile Delivery) process, and incorporating creative techniques for the creation of own products. This process was applied in one small enterprise for its validation, resulting not only in the construction of one own product but also in the company's certification in the ISO / IEC 20000 standard.
