Syncope and epilepsy are some of the most common diseases in the world and very few people know it. The syncope can occur for many reasons, but the result is the same, the fainting, the transient loss of consciousness and epilepsy that is more known, is presented in several ways in this case we will treat seizures. The people of the Javeriana community do not know how to handle these crises generating emotional and physical damage in those who suffer from these conditions creating a bad experience in their university life and in the same way forming an emotional discomfort in those around them when not knowing how to help. Although first aid for these conditions is relatively easy, people forget how to do it or do not know it, so I design a product - service that will train students, teachers and security personnel to attend these crises in any part of the campus, giving them the knowledge and the assurance that by using this they will perform the aid correctly. During the development of the project, we counted with the help of the Colombian Red Cross and the brigade members of the Javeriana University, to ensure that the proposed procedures and designs complied with Colombian standards.
