Resumo: A adolescencia e uma fase considerada intensa e vulneravel na vida de um individuo. Em meio as mudancas ocorridas nesta, e importante a existencia de vinculos afetivos como: abraco, dialogo, olhar nos olhos, carinho dentre outros, entre pais e adolescentes, com o intuito de preservar os adolescentes das praticas infracionais. Utiliza-se o termo atos infracionais para designar os delitos cometidos por adolescentes e a estes podem ser aplicadas medidas que variam desde a advertencia ate a internacao, levando-se em conta a severidade do ato infracional cometido e as condicoes do adolescente em cumpri-la (NUNES, ANDRADE E MORAIS, 2013). Considera-se ato infracional a conduta descrita como crime ou contravencao penal, sao penalmente inimputaveis os menores de dezoito anos, sujeitos as medidas previstas nesta lei (BRASIL,1990). Neste sentido, este estudo visa compreender e analisar, de acordo com a percepcao dos psicologos, quais fatores podem contribuir para que os adolescentes cometam o ato infracional. Para coleta de dados foi utilizado um questionario de entrevista semi-estruturada, composta por dez questoes elaboradas pela autora, que abordam assuntos relacionados aos fatores que contribuem para que os adolescentes cometam ato infracional. Participaram da pesquisa, 05(cinco) psicologos que trabalham ha mais de dois anos em instituicoes que atendem adolescente em conflito com a lei. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa exploratoria, na qual os fenomenos coletados foram analisados por meio da Analise de Conteudo de Bardin (2007). Constatou-se que os adolescentes em conflitos com a lei, conviveram durante a infância, em um cenario de negligencia afetiva e de autoridade, e/ou de desestrutura familiar. TEENAGERS IN CONFLICT WITH THE LAW: Factors that lead the teenagers to the infraction act from the point of view of the psychologist Abstract : Adolescence is considered an intense and vulnerable phase in the individual’s life. In between changes occurred in this phase, it is important to have affective bonds such as: hugs, look into the eyes, affection, between parents and children, in order to prevent teenagers from infringements. The term “infraction acts” is used to designate offenses committed by teenagers and corrective measures can be applied to them, ranging from warning to reclusion, considering the severity of the committed infraction and the teenager’s condition to fulfill them (NUNES, ANDRADE & MORAIS, 2013). An infraction act is a conduct described as a criminal offense or a criminal contravention, those under eighteen years old are criminally unattributable and are subject to measures provided by law (BRASIL, 1990). In this sense, this study aims to understand and analyze, according to the psychologists’ perception, what factors can contribute to teenagers commiting infraction acts. For data collection, a semi-structured interview questionnaire was used, composed by tem questions elaborated by the author, which deal with subjects related to the factors that contribute to teenagers to commit infraction acts. Five (05) psychologists participated in this research, all of them have been working for more than two years in institutions that serve teenagers in conflict with the law. This is an exploratory qualitative research, in which the phenomena collected were analyzed through the Content Analysis of Bardin (2007). It was found that teenagers in conflicts with the law, lived during childhood, with a scenario of affective negligence and authority, and / or family disruption.
