In this work a reflection is made on the educational role of ICT and games, especially gamification processes and the use of educational videogames, as key tools towards an innovative pedagogical proposal that helps the construction and implementation of a virtual educational platform focused on the manual of school coexistence, key and essential document in educational institutions, but generally empty, lacking meaning and in many cases, completely detached from the contextual reality and institutional identity. The methodology was based on a bibliographic review within the framework of the educational proposal Barrilete- Centro Educativo y Cultural in the context of the city of Cartagena. Among the most notorious results is the realization of a virtual educational platform focused on the manual of gamified institutional coexistence and based on games, where all the members of the educational community interact, through the application of gamification techniques and learning based in problems, thus translating into a productive activity in the school classroom.
