Incidencia de la capacidad resolutiva de las IPS provinciales en la calidad de la prestación de los servicios del Hospital Universitario de Santander, 2015
This research emerge of interest to know if the response capacity of the provincial IPS in the Department of Santander affects the perceived quality of the users of the University Hospital of Santander. From the discipline of management it is to provide an academic input to enable the different actors of the health system in the Department of Santander (IPS public and private network, insurers, national, departmental and local authorities, among others) establish strategies for strengthening the network model health services, and provide the best care for the user as a reason for the health system. This research is developed from the socio- organizational domain of perceived quality; It defined as a descriptive study in which from PECASUSS Instrument - as Perceived Quality Health Service Users - and a characterization of the Provincial IPS, it responds to the thesis put forth. For development addressed three chapters: the first covers the research approach, from a conceptual framework, regulatory, theoretical and contextual. The second chapter contains the development of research, the results of the characterization of provincial IPS, the results of the application of PECASUSS instrument, the discussion of the variables investigated and the proposed guidelines aimed at increasing the quality of service at the ESE University Hospital of Santander and improve the response capacity of the network. Finally, the third chapter contains the conclusions that leaves the development of research.
