As students of the Master's Degree in Human and Organizational Development Administration, under the premise of a large “pilot-exploratory investigation” about the subject matter of the Regional-Innovation System (SRI), we identified different needs witch compromise: University, Productive Sector, Government, Financial Sector y Society. Needs that could be handle by the becoming aware of the actors to generate solutions using their scientific training witch under a social responsibility that the academy has in the in Human and Organizational Development Administration’s Master.
