The globalization context within we are ubicated has establish a transformation in the relations of the international system. We have seen a significant increase in the commercial, social, political and cultural exchange. This has transformed the border notion. The transformation is the base for the emergence of new discourses and practices that have change cultural belongings and societies in different aspects. Those processes had established new imaginaries that transcends the notion of nation and allows the emergence of new elements in the social interaction. The border between Mexico and the United States has been an important zone for the cultural Exchange because of the transnational relations. In this point, it converges different life styles, customs and traditions. This space show hoe the relation between Nation-State have been eroded, and reflects that the construction of ideals is mediated for transnational phenomena that situates between the illegal and legal. In this sense emerge the idea of women as a construction of the border space between Mexico and EE.UU. It appears a discursive production form a cultural influence coming from a transculture created by the drug trafficking that mix with the idea that the State promote. Through the discourse analysis we will study the state discourse and the social one to compare the idea of women that both promotes.
