This paper analyzes the importance attached to human factors in entrepreneurial projects Bogota college students during the period 2010 to 2013. Within the scope of the work, items related to human resources to be included in the assessment an entrepreneurship are identified. The work includes an empirical analysis of business plans presented in the study period in the EAN College, Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and Rosario College. The analysis includes identification of the criteria used to assess the viability of these projects, size of projects evaluated by sales and number of employees. The work also considers the detail as human resources aspect of these projects and the structure, policies and costs of the human resources of the companies evaluated by students is analyzed. While most projects take into account basic aspects of organizational structure, salaries, and functions, not sufficiently analyze other aspects that could result in the welfare of all employees.
