RESUMO: A regulamentacao da uniao homoafetiva traz consigo o direito a igualdade perante a sociedade do enlace matrimonial e posteriormente o anseio pela constituicao familiar que se da por um dos meios possiveis para a sua realizacao desse desejo, que e a adocao. A adocao homoafetiva ainda sofre muitos empecilhos, pois a mesma aborda uma serie de questoes psicologicas, sociais e preconceitos. A sociedade e algumas autoridades ainda enxerga essa questao da adocao homoafetiva como prejudicial a crianca, porem muitos acreditam que a educacao deste menor criado por pais homossexuais nao seria afetada. As representacoes sociais em sua definicao busca do sujeito suas percepcoes e vivencias. A discriminacao e os impedimentos impostos perante a esta constituicao familiar sao muitos e o estudo teve como objetivo analisar a posicao de futuros profissionais que irao se deparar com este publico, academicos de direito e psicologia, e os resultados demonstraram a ancoragem social destes dois grupos. HOMOFETIVE ADOPTION: A STUDY ON THE SOCIAL REPRESENTATIONS OF LAW AND PSYCHOLOGY SCHOLARS Asbtract: The regulation of the homoafetive union brings with it the right to equality before the society of the matrimonial bond and later the yearning for the family constitution that occurs by one of the possible means for its realization of that desire, that is the adoption. Homoaffective adoption still suffers many obstacles, since it addresses a series of psychological, social and prejudice issues. Society and some authorities still see this issue of homosexual adoption as detrimental to the child, but many believe that the education of this minor raised by homosexual parents would not be affected. Social representations in their definition seek the subject for their perceptions and experiences. The discrimination and impediments imposed by this family constitution are many and the study sought to analyze the position of future professionals who will come across this audience, law academics and psychology, and the results demonstrated the social anchorage of these two groups.
