The present study aimed to characterize the processes of audit management trainingapplied by managers in chain stores Cativen Venezuelan Zulia State. The same wasbased on the theoretical postulates of Alcover, Martinez, Rodriguez, and Dominguez(2007), Tobon (2007), Thames Valley University (2002) and Pineda (2003), among others. The research focused on the positivist paradigm, descriptive-correlational classified as anon-experimental design, transactional field. The population consisted of eight managersand 40 supervisors. Data were collected through surveys, using a questionnaire with 12items intended for managers and supervisors in each store, and called FGGCGERFGGCSUP respectively. Content validity was obtained by consulting the opinion of fiveexperts, while reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, giving an r =0.96 and r = 0.98; in the same order. The analysis of the results was oriented bydescriptive statistics, as previously established scale. It was concluded that becameapparent weaknesses to drive a management training applied by managers in chain storesCativen Venezuelan Zulia State, obtaining values that demonstrate the lack of skills toevaluate and propose suitable training methods that contribute to the productivedevelopment of the organization. We recommend creating teams collect information duringeach phase in order to analyze the data, evaluate the results and propose immediatesolutions to ensure the success of the training, creativity and personal initiative.
