UNA MIRADA A LAS NORMAS SOBRE DIMENSIONADO Y TOLERADO GEOMÉTRICO EN HISPANOAMÉRICA A VIEW OF THE STANDARS ON GEOMETRICAL AND DIMENSIONING TOLERANCING OF FEATURES IN SPANISH AMERICA
PALABRAS CLAVE: Dimensionado y tolerado geometrico, normas, Hispanoamerica. ABSTRACT: This paper presents the level reached in the Spanish America regard Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing -GDT- of mechanical drawings. To pursue this goal it is shown the countries that has homologated at least one of the ISO standards on this subject. It is also analysed the amount and the translation quality of the ISO standards regard GDT. It follows from this article that less than half of the countries have standards on this matter. Also, that the quality of the norms in most of countries are difficult to use and non reliable.
