Informal mining in Colombia has been a marked phenomenon over time in their territories with great influence on some more than others territories. The municipality of Quibdo, capital of Choco department, rich in natural resources, has been explored and exploited at the hands of native people and outsiders in the development of the mining activity. So extractive dynamics obey national logics as international, based on the organization of miners and communities that are part of the informal mining activity, noting the incorporation of public, community and ethnic actors are characterized by characterized opposing views respect the territory and mining. Thus a synthesis of resistance organizations when miners eligible for legalization and what factors influence this resistance are performed.
