The constant changes in the economic dynamics of countries as a result of phenomena such as globalization, new technologies, innovation and competitiveness demand from the manager an amount of decision-making skills that are mainly focused on meeting the objectives of the organization, for that reason it is pertinent to establish the conditions under which the knowledge of the manager is measured tangibly or intangibly to ensure that the measures taken from the management are adjusted to the appropriate knowledge parameters. In this sense, it is pertinent to propose the hypothesis on which the continuous preparation of the manager at any level guarantees to a great extent the effectiveness of the processes developed in the organization and facilitates the elaboration of coping strategies in face of the challenges that the market offers National and international level. The present research essay seeks to establish a critical opinion regarding the importance of the academic preparation of the manager as an essential part of the decision making process and attending to the challenges of organizational dynamics at internal and external level
