In the Choco Department, specifically in the city of Quibdo, they coexist numerous micro dedicated to the manufacture of wooden furniture. A common aspect in this productive sector is the high degree of informality and outdated presenting their administrative, accounting and production processes. This work focuses on publicizing management strategies linked to strengthening administrative, accounting and production processes of micro-enterprises specializing in the manufacture of wooden furniture in the city of Quibdo. The research is part of a qualitative descriptive study with a non-experimental design field. It highlights the results that strategies must address in the administrative aspects such as finance, human resources, procedures, logistics and marketing; in accounting: financial accounting, internal control and cost; and in the area of production: design, manufacturing and machinery.
