This document has as its main purpose the review of various theoretical issues regarding the relationship between environmental policy and post-agreement in Colombia seen from the perspective of corporate social responsibility. The general agreement for conflict termination and peace building, and a relational analysis of the ONU seventeen goals of Sustainable Development, as well as the main guidelines on the subject proposed by the Colombian government, has been addressed in this paper. The findings seek for attention of the challenges ahead posed by the subject of study and the general alternatives analyzed.
