Presented in this paper are the results of the design and validation of the scale of organizational of learning climate (individuals and teams) developed by Cincel in the framework of the Project of Psychosocial Factors for Innovation. Each instrument is made up of eight items. It was validated with a sample of 1020 workers, from 22 companies, through analysis of the Classic Psychometric Theory. The results showed that items have a convenient capacity of discrimination and are associated with their variable. Measures were valid and consistent, suggesting this is an appropriate instrument to implement in the context for which it was validated. How to reference this article: Galeano Higuita, C. (2014).
