espanolEste trabajo consiste en proponer un metodo de aprendizaje de vocabulario ingles que se adapte a las necesidades del estudiante de ingenieria de sistemas de la Universidad de la Amazonia. En la investigacion se identifican las caracteristicas que definen un metodo, basandose en la informacion recolectada a traves de la revision bibliografica, la entrevista y la encuesta, con el fin de determinar las propuestas definidas por otros autores y las usadas por los docentes; ademas, conocer el nivel actual de competencia en ingles de los estudiantes. Los resultados mostraron que solo el 4,4% de los encuestados tienen el nivel de domino B1, que es requisito para estudiantes de pregrado, segun el Marco Comun Europeo.Por lo anterior, se propone el metodo de los autores Basto Correa (BC) que integra las caracteristicas y aspectos significativos senalados en los resultados en el metodo del docente de Ingenieria de Sistemas. EnglishThis work consists in proposing an English vocabulary learning method that suits the needs of the student of systems engineering of the University of the Amazon. The research identifies the characteristics that define a method, based on the information collected through the bibliographic review, the interview and the survey to determine the proposals defined by other authors and used by the teachers and know the level current English proficiency of students. The results showed that only 4.4% of the respondents have the level of B1 domains that is required for undergraduate students, according to the European Common Framework. Due to the above, the authors’ method is proposed Basto Correa (BC) that integrates the characteristics and significant aspects indicated in the results in the method of the teacher of Systems Engineering.
