The current Text, intended to harmonize the rules of civil liability of the carrier under the contract of air transportation, especially on the international transport of goods. Everything on this responsibility, in light of international conventions in Warsaw (1929) and Montreal (1999) study; Colombian law and under the leadership of the Commercial Code on those aspects not covered by international agreements. Additionally it will enter to analyze the parts of the contract, the responsibility lies with them and especially considers whether those parts of the agreement can become regarded as consumers, and consequences can lead to the above, taking into account the special protection that they bear both nationally and internationally.
