This project is aimed to the development of a methodology for the use of a culture of integrated management systems which are used in service provider, first studying and analysing the organizational structure of the companies Transmetano E.S.P S.A and INMEL Engineering S.A.S, secondly the definition of the suitable and practical models to apply on those kind of companies.
