El articulo propone una reconstruccion de la historia de las acciones colectivas del movimiento LGBT en la ciudad de Bogota para exponer tres hipotesis: (1) Las oportunidades politicas no determinaron de manera directa la aparicion y desfallecimiento del movimiento, mas bien, las oportunidades y la construccion de marcos de sentido han sido complementarios y se han entrelazado recurrentemente en el desarrollo de la accion colectiva del movimiento. (2) En relacion con el Estado, el movimiento LGBT ha mantenido una posicion de interioridad-exterioridad: para lograr su cometido, se ubica dentro y fuera de las instituciones. Y (3) en lugar de considerar la desaparicion del movimiento LGBT bajo logicas de captura, la autora vislumbra su transformacion en un “nuevo movimiento social”, caracterizado por su organizacion en red, la diversificacion de sus formas de accion, su incidencia frente a la opinion publica y su interes por visibilizar y controvertir codigos dominantes presentes en la vida cotidiana de la sociedad.Palabras Clave: Accion colectiva, Identidades, Redes, Movimiento LGBT, Ciudadanias, Bogota, Oportunidad politica, Marcos de sentido ABSTRACTCollective Actions of the LGBT Community in Bogota (1976-2008)The article reconstructs the history of collective actions by the LGBT community in the city of Bogota in order to propose three hypotheses: (1) political opportunities did not directly affect the appearance and decline of the movement; rather, those opportunities and the construction of frameworks of meaning have been constantly intertwined in the development of the movement’s collective actions; (2) with respect to the State, the LGBT movement has maintained an “inside-outside” position in the sense that it is both within and outside the institutions; and (3) instead of approaching the disappearance of the LGBT movement from the perspective of its possible absorption by other movements, the author foresees its transformation into a “new social movement” characterized by its organization into networks, the diversification of its forms of action, its impact on public opinion, and its interest in visibilizing and questioning the codes prevailing in the everyday life of society.Key Words: Collective actions, Identities, Networks, LGBT movement, Forms of citizenship, Bogota, Political opportunities, Frameworks of meaning
