This qualitative research, an action- research, has as general aim to elaborate an information booklet to support the communicative process, linguistic and cultural integration of non-Spanish-speaking migrants asylum applicants and refugees in Bogota. The reference framework of the research considers the construction of Hidalgo's postulate of Spanish for Humanitarian Purposes(2005).The theoretical framework of the research contemplates the approaches of Sixto Sanchez Lorenzo (2009) that defines the concept of Integration and its classification, Rodrigo Alsina's (1997) work who establishes two perspectives that the interculturality must have: Cognition and Emotiveness, those are configured as Cognitive-intercultural competence and Emotional - intercultural competence, Oberg's (1960), Brislin's (1981) work about the definition of Culture shock, Adler (1975) and Cortes, (2002) work on several studies about the stages of Culture shock's experience. The definition of migration presented by the International Organization for Migration (IOM, 2006),and the approaches of Villamizar and Hernandez (2000) about the teaching of Spanish as a Foreign Language (SFL) to immigrants and refugees.
