A design on system management on quality was realized based on the Norm ISO 9001: 2008 in a medical institute in Medellin, which provides health services at the first level of attention. Oriented towards the accommodation and rehabilitation of its users. For this, a diagnosis was realized under a process approach, here the scope of the system was identified, with its different processes and its interrelations, as well as the mandatory procedures in accordance with the norms.
