Abstract:This project was developed in Santander Colombia, municipality of Socorro, Vereda Libano Hacienda Majavita, to determine how they affected the production of the Castillo type coffee with climate change is a global phenomenon which Colombia is not others and other activities which are likely to be affected. A statistical correlation data production of sacks in each of the years versus climatic parameters chosen for this project is temperature, evaporation and precipitation occurs. Use of agrometeorology to address the problem of correlation and inferential statistics, similarly, use GIS specifically Qgis© and Aquacrop® well as for elevation maps, location of stations as land cover present and the performance of climate models, respectively. Because the productive ecology of a plant is a huge and difficult to treat in a single project theme, this factor does not cover the soils of a deep but referentially. The focus of this project is agro-meteorological and climatological. These sciences allow giving depth to the chosen topic, and giving answers to treaties objectives on the subject of climate change. However, the scientific and research community is invited, with reference to this project, do another with different approach such as edaphology approach instead of climate, thus complementing the present study that is proposed, and have a more global approach but concise productive ecology in Colombia coffee Castillo variety.
