In a sugar company in the north of Valle del Cauca, there are cases of people relocated to work because they partially or totally lost the ability to carry out the work they performed due to pathologies of work or common origin. On the other hand, the lack of academic preparation or having spent much of their lives cutting cane limits the chances of success at the time of relocate them. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of job relocation on the motivation, performance and satisfaction of this people.
