In a globalized world, constantly advancing with new openings and interactions in the market, it has been necessary the creation of Mechanisms that solve the potential conflicts that may arise among the diverse actors as a consequence of their global interaction, taking great relevance the international arbitration, given that from this one, solutions are given in an expeditious manner to the disagreements of the parties in litigation, observing in this one, that on numerous occasions the decree and enforcement of Precautionary measures can get to ensure Compliance of the ordered through the arbitration award, the present paper then, seeks to analyze within the framework of the Pacific Alliance the Precautionary measures proffered by a court of international arbitration, the normativity through which they are regulated, the binding force, the mandatory application of these measures through mechanisms of judicial cooperation and the conclusions that can be reached, acquiring foundations that can determine the suitability of the Mechanisms of application of the mentioned measures in Colombia.
