Los sistemas educativos de todo el mundo se enfrentan al reto de ofrecer a los ninos y los jovenes una educacion de calidad, que representa responder a la diversidad de las necesidades presentes de todos los educandos, desde una educacion inclusiva, que significa igualdad, dignidad, derecho. De manera particular se precisa detenerse en la atencion educativa integral a escolares con trastornos de aprendizaje en el primer ciclo de la basica primaria, en tanto forman parte de una heterogeneidad de escolares que, por sus caracteristicas, requieren de la creacion de condiciones y recursos para la formacion integral. El trabajo que se presenta se deriva de la experiencia laboral en la Institucion Educativa Maria Inmaculada, ubicada en la zona Rural Ulloa, Valle del Cauca, para lo cual se requiere de un sistema de formacion continua de los directivos docentes y docentes que demuestren, durante su practica pedagogica, conocimientos, habilidades y actitudes para enfrentar este reto. En tal sentido el articulo tiene como objetivo: proponer algunas consideraciones en relacion con la Educacion Inclusiva como contenido de la preparacion de los docentes de la zona rural en Ulloa, Valle, Colombia. ABSTRACT Education systems around the world face the challenge of providing children and young people with quality education, which means responding to the diversity of the present needs of all learners, from an inclusive education, which means equality, dignity, in particular, it is necessary to focus on comprehensive educational care for schoolchildren with learning disorders in the first cycle of primary education, as they form part of a heterogeneity of schoolchildren who, due to their characteristics, require the creation of conditions and resources for Comprehensive training. The work presented is derived from the introduction of results of a doctoral thesis that has a level of application in the High school Immaculate located in the suburban area Ulloa in which a system of continuous training of teaching and teaching managers is required, which demonstrates during their pedagogical practice knowledge, skills and attitudes to face this challenge. In this sense the work aims to: propose some considerations in relation to Inclusive Education as content of the preparation of the teachers of the rural area in Ulloa, Valle Colombia.
