RESUMEN Este estudio busca determinar la prevalencia de depresion en los estudiantes, que han sido victimas, agresores y observadores de Bullying en una institucion educativa, en una poblacion adolescente entre los grados 6° y 11° de las jornadas manana y tarde de un colegio Distrital en Bogota. Metodos: Estudio de corte transversal, donde se tomaron simultaneamente la variable dependiente e independiente. Se aplico una encuesta sociodemografica, la escala de Depresion para adolescentes Kutcher (KADS): de 6 items (Stan Kutcher, 2009) y el Instrumento para medir el acoso escolar (Bullying) en adolescentes. (Sonia Beatriz Echeverria Castro, 2013). Resultados: Se encuestaron 465 estudiantes el promedio de edad fue 14,31 ± 2,1 anos, como principales resultados encontramos una alta prevalencia de la depresion, 22.5% de los estudiantes del colegio en la prueba tamiz presentan sintomas de depresion. Conclusiones: En este estudio es clara la relacion existente probabilisticamente entre los diferentes tipos de Bullying que estan asociados a la presencia de depresion, se encontro asociacion estadistica entre los diferentes tipos de familia a los cuales pertenece y la depresion en el adolescente, de igual manera la edad como factor de riesgo.. (DeCS) ABSTRACT Introduction: This study aims to determine the prevalence of depression in students who have been victims, perpetrators and observers of bullying in a school, in an adolescent population between grades 6 ° and 11 ° of the morning and afternoon sessions of a school district in Bogota. Conclusions: In this study it is clear the existing probabilistic relationship between different types of bullying that are associated with the presence of depression. Statistical association was found between the different types of family to which it belongs and adolescent depression, just as the age as a risk factor.
