The development concept is fundamental in studies of organizational social responsibility (RSO). However are used interchangeably the sustainable or sustentable voices matter in strictness does not match the content of the statement by the authors as it is different expressions. Sustainable development is intentionally aligned with the capitalist system and can not solve the real problems of society and the environment; sustainable development is the alternative that might show a different path with greater hope for humanity and permanence of life on earth. The article reflects on both concepts and their relationship with the RSO.
