In the last years, Colombia has increased the number of projects that are built under sustainability criteria. However, is not a common practice to check that the conditions and savings propose during the design phase are accomplish while it is operating. The research project describes a methodology developed to evaluate the performance of green offices buildings that are operating, through a tool that evaluates water and energy efficiency, waste generation and indoor environment quality. Further, it will be value a specific case of a building located in Bogota D. C.
