The Social Projection of the University of the Llanos, raises as a line of action the regional development, which seeks to contribute to the socioeconomic and sustainable development of the population in the Colombian Orinoquia, call -2017-. For this purpose, the Community Entrepreneurship is considered a viable and valuable strategy because it allows potentializing individual and collective skills and abilities that help social, economic, cultural and environmental recovery through investment ideas, new businesses and the formation and strengthening of basic economic groups. Villavicencio, has communities victims of violence inside and outside the urban area, the project in development, focuses on the population of young people between 16 and 28 years of urbanization La Madrid, one suburban district of the city. As a research question, was it posed to recognize the socio-economic and life expectancy needs of the youth community? From this approach; the project has advanced in the socioeconomic characterization of the settlement, characterization of the young people, regional case studies and advances in conceptual and theoretical references, the absence of urban, social, safety and road infrastructure stand out.
