The Bronx is the infamous repetition of an episode that for the city of Bogota was thought to have been overcome and solved, but the reality is that it was a territory where no institution of the state, strong or armed, was able to enter this place, since actors that hide between: the nauseous thing, the dirt, the crime and everything that the society disapproves, they managed to fill the power vacuum and to control the zone in all the aspects. Less than a kilometer from the strongest institutions in the country, including the place of residence of the President of the Republic of Colombia; formed the cradle for all organized crime in the city. The fact that some armed body representing the National Government will try to enter was a challenge because of a criminal strategy but effective to set prices for dead at the entrance of this place, which forcibly managed to consolidate a territory and an illegal territorial border where Narcomenudeo bosses could develop all kinds of illegal activities without the fear of being persecuted.
