Diseño e implementación de recursos educativos digitales abiertos inclusivos: en el marco de la estrategia de formación y acceso de computadores para educar en el departamento de Córdoba-Colombia
In this article the proposals were articulated around the training strategy for educating Computer to encourage the incorporation of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) in the school system are presented. Based on the approach to problem-based learning elements of universal design for learning are presented and articulated in a form that enables the development of skills related to the design and development of digital educational resources open. Finally the results of a first approach to the implementation of these strategies in the Department of Cordoba during the second half of 2014 are presented.
