A Cooperativa e formada por um conjunto de pessoas tanto com personalidade fisica quanto juridica e que apresentam objetivos em comum. Ao final de cada exercicio as sobras liquidas sao rateadas entre todos os seus associados, outro diferencial e que as cooperativas sao conduzidas de forma democratica, ou seja, mediante voto, sao eleitos presidente, vice-presidente, conselheiros administrativos e fiscais, diretores e delegados, todos associados da cooperativa. Dessa forma, um grupo de agricultores e pecuaristas com o intuito de promover novos negocios ao municipio criou a Cooperativa de Credito de Livre Admissao do Sudoeste Rondoniense LTDA - CrediSIS RolimCredi, a qual iniciou suas atividades no ano de 2000. E a principio seu principal foco era os pequenos produtores rurais, porem com o passar dos anos surgiu a oportunidade de expansao, entao foram criados dois pontos de atendimento, um localizado em Pimenta Bueno e outro em Alta Floresta do Oeste. No ano de 2015 a cooperativa alcou um novo patamar, mudou de categoria, deixando de ser Cooperativa de Credito Rural e passando a ser de Livre Admissao, ja que, nao apenas produtores rurais poderiam se associar, mas tambem pessoas fisicas e juridicas. E importante enfatizar que ser associado a uma cooperativa, pode-se obter diversas vantagens, tais como: variado tipo de produtos e servicos, juros menores, isencao de algumas taxas, rendimentos no capital aplicado, distribuicao das sobras ao final do exercicio, direito de voz e voto, entre outras. Portanto o presente artigo tem por finalidade analisar de forma objetiva o crescimento economico da Cooperativa de Credito de Livre Admissao do Sudoeste Rondoniense - CrediSIS RolimCredi e as principais vantagens oferecidas ao cooperado, por meio de pesquisa descritiva/explicativa, isto e, pesquisa bibliografica, utilizando como ferramenta os Relatorios de Gestao Anual entre os anos de 2000 a 2015 oferecido pela instituicao, com o intuito de evidenciar o aumento dos associados, evolucao do capital social e do juros ao capital e as sobras que estao destacadas nos resultados. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to objectively analyze the economic growth of the Free Admission Credit Cooperative of Southwest Rondoniense - CrediSIS RolimCredi and the main advantages offered to the cooperative, through descriptive / explanatory research, that is, bibliographic research, using as a tool the Annual Management Reports between the years 2000 to 2015 offered by the institution, with the purpose of evidencing the increase of associates, evolution of social capital and interest to capital and the leftovers that are highlighted in the results. ­­ Keywords: Environmental History; Amazon; Development.
