This article presents two information gathering instruments that are focused on ICT self-assessment processes, both from the teacher’s individuality as from the institution’s collectivity. The first instrument is a questionnaire, inspired on the second one, an indicators chart; both instruments are the result of previous investigations on the subject and have been proven useful on the quest of ICT appropriation from a mediational approach, that is to say, from an approach that seeks to look beyond the instrumentalist use of ICT, by focusing on interactions.
