This work evaluates the behavior of the RGB color sensor TCS230 in samples of coffee beans on Agtron 75, 55 and 35 scales, with the intention of being used in the construction of a roasting coffee machine in closed loop. Measurements were taken in the different samples of coffee beans and the graphs were elaborated to carry out the analysis and to define if the sensor is the one indicated to be implemented in the construction of the equipment.
