The use of visual tools to gain a better understanding of information, has been widely used in recent years. More and more people use different methods to display information, taking into account the most important to visualize data. Political issues have not been the exception, many institutions worldwide that handle policy information have tried to present different results using different tools. The data visualization tools enable anyone organizing and presenting information intuitively. This is increasingly urgent, since data proliferate in all fields, from bar codes from retail stores to the behavior of online game players. All these data would be useless if there was a way to organize and present that would make important discoveries. One way to overcome this way of presenting information is implementing visual analytics environments where the user can interact with data and get easy and understandable information you need. A research level and after making an exploration of the tools available on the web, it has been found that there is great interest in developing tools that help the user to become more informed about political issues in an easy and interactive way. It could be identified that have been proposed different tools for visualization and management of databases political issues. Based on the above, this research proposes, designs, implements and evaluates a tool that serves as an interactive channel between Congress and citizens to facilitate the user to obtain information and interact with the database. So the user can find the information you need and discover new information from the results.
