RESUMO : O artigo apresentado foi produzido para ser enderecado a gestores da educacao basica, podendo ser objeto de estudo nas disciplinas voltadas para o curso de Gestao Escolar pelo conteudo apresentado, bem como tambem permitira reflexao de outros interessados nas questoes educacionais. Os dados utilizados foram coletados em fontes bibliograficas e em vivencias com profissionais da area. Foram levadas em consideracao as discussoes acerca da gestao escolar no interior da escola. Por fim, o artigo pretende ser um facilitador para os leitores e consta de consideracoes, que procuram relacionar pontos referentes ao desenvolvimento do processo de gestao escolar e sua contribuicao no interior da escola. A abordagem e o debate propostos poderao despertar na comunidade escolar o desejo de um envolvimento maior na reconstrucao e acompanhamento da gestao de modo geral. School management as practice and place of everyone ABSTRACT: The article presented was produced to be addressed to managers of basic education, being able to be object of study in the disciplines directed to the course of School Management by the presented content, and also allow reflection of others interested in educational issues. The data used were collected in bibliographical sources and in experiences with professionals of the area. Were taken into consideration the discussions about the school management inside the school. Finally, the article intends to be a facilitator for the readers and consists of considerations, which seek to relate points related to the development of the school management process and its contribution inside the school.
