This document describes the existing problematics in the formation of administrative professionals, starting from the levels of scientific development of discipline ans through treatment of nine work hypothesis. It concludes that it is indispensable to strengthen their scientific formation and knowledge about the realities of our corporations and government in the international and historical context.
