The process of Institutional Innovation at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana has surpassed different moments in time, they are decades of permanent work in different scenarios and frameworks, where progress, learning and experiences have been made that have served to leverage small steps in each one of the institutional processes, seeking to strengthen teamwork, social and institutional learning and building an integral view of the process of institutional innovation. Seeking to articulate the work of teaching, research, transfer and innovation and most importantly, building a scenario for social and human transformation where innovation allows to transform life and recognize the value of knowledge, full wisdom and experience of internal and external actors.
