In this paper a new teaching strategy for e-learning vision will be developed from different points converging ICT, connectivism theory developed by Stephen Downes and George Siemens where authors present a new paradigm in education based in networks learning, Personal learning Environment - PLE's, among others, and where authors explain how major paradigms of education, behaviorism, cognitivism and constructivism, were theorized before revolution of knowledge in 2004 that begins with emergence of web 2.0 and were neither designed or prepared for practical use of these, to integrate them into process of teaching - learning, on other hand will be articulated with model of Story Telling, theory treated by Henry Jenkins in his book Convergence Culture (2008 ) where author tells us the most significant change may be passage of individual and personalized media consumption, to consumption as a practical network beside of that, view of Carlos Scolari will be treated, in his works Hipermediaciones (2008) and Story Telling (2013), from analysis of this new way of telling stories and meeting inhabitants of web from perspective of Miguel del Fresno in his book Netnography (Del Fresno, 2011) a new teaching strategy will be proposed for e-learning.
