The present work, based on the Problem-Based Learning (ABP) methodology, is based on the information available from the Autopartes sector in Colombia, whose purpose is to respond to: What is the electronic business model that allows to dynamize the Sector of the Autoparts ?. For this purpose, the description of the sector of the groups that compose it and that forms its productive chain is addressed; An analysis of the problem is made based on the evaluation of the current conditions in which the websites of the sample used operate; A diagnosis of the value chain is obtained which serves as an input to design a cause and effect diagram, whose analysis allows to generate a proposal of technological innovation based on the B2B e-business model that contemplates two alternatives that place the project in a A detailed phase in which the comparison of the processes benefited is described, describing the way in which they are currently carried out vs the situation resulting from the application of the proposed electronic business model. In this way, the proposal meets the objective of promoting innovation development for the Auto Parts sector.
