Objective: analyze the dynamic configuration and re-configuration territorial, from social actors, victims of the conflict in the East of the Department of Caldas (Colombia) between 1989 and 2013. The methodology is part of the qualitative approach (Sampieri, 2004); with the implementation of the strategy of data collection: Semi-structured interviews and focus group.
