Nos ultimos anos o discurso em prol da Educacao Inclusiva vem sendo evidenciado nos debates politico-educacionais. O presente artigo teve por objetivo refletir sobre as politicas de inclusao escolar a partir dos principios e paradigmas conceituais que vem sendo gradativamente defendidos em debates educacionais. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa bibliografica a partir de fontes diversas como livros, artigos cientificos e a legislacao vigente. A literatura consultada remete que a educacao inclusiva indicada pela Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educacao Nacional e pela Constituicao Federal e pre-requisito minimo para se garantir ao aluno com necessidades especiais o direito de exercer sua cidadania. Ainda acrescenta-se que as finalidades da educacao inclusiva estao fundamentadas nas pesquisas e amparo legal na Constituicao Federal, ainda em leis complementares. De acordo com a historia, os conceitos e objetivos da educacao inclusiva no pais vem proporcionando grandes progressos. Assim, idealiza-se uma educacao inclusiva que trabalhe o aluno em completos aspectos, dando-lhe a oportunidade de desenvolver suas habilidades a partir de suas necessidades particulares. School inclusion and educational policies: possibilities and new ways ABSTRACT: In recent years the discourse on Inclusive Education has been evidenced in the political-educational debates. This article aims to reflect on the policies of school inclusion based on the principles and conceptual paradigms that have been gradually defended in educational debates. The methodology used was the bibliographical research from diverse sources as books, scientific articles and the current legislation. The literature consulted indicates that the inclusive education indicated by the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education and by the Federal Constitution is a minimum prerequisite for guaranteeing the student with special needs the right to exercise their citizenship. It is also added that the purposes of inclusive education are based on research and legal protection in the Federal Constitution, even in complementary laws. According to history, the concepts and goals of inclusive education in the country have been making great strides. Thus, it is idealized an inclusive education that works the student in complete aspects, giving him the opportunity to develop his abilities from his particular needs.
