Este articulo presenta un analisis critico del discurso del Movimiento Nacional por la Salud y la Seguridad Social en Bogota, con el objetivo de establecer cuales son los ejes nodales que argumentan su legitimidad y su praxis politica subalterna opuesta a las respuestas que el Estado ha tenido con relacion a la problematica de la salud.
