This article aims to provide an approximation to the entomofauna (orders and families of insects) asso-ciated with genera of orchids in the park and natural reserve of Quinini, located in the municipality of Tiba-cuy (Cundinamarca-Colombia), and is the product of research In which an analysis of the distribution and behavior of the insects in this reserve and their importance in the growth and development of the orchids was carried out. This study allowed to know the wild growth habits of the orchids and to identify their diversity, through tests that allowed to deter-mine the ecosystem in which these plants are found.
